Courtney Jay has been dreaming of being a singer since the age of three.
Her path to reaching her goal has been long and exciting. Time and time again, she has been told she is "the real deal" or "a total package." She is a singer/songwriter, actress, dancer, model, drummer, guitarist, pianist, and even dabbles in ventriloquism. She has won numerous awards and received many accolades.
Tom Logan, a noted Hollywood producer chose Courtney Jay as "the most marketable kid in America."

When SAG and AFTRA went on strike in 1998, Courtney made a successful transition to the stage. Her well-developed talents in singing and acting landed her roles in her first 2 auditions.
- She appeared in "Everything He Touched" with Toddlin Town Productions.
- She is in the "Circle of Friends," currently playing Kirsten and Felicity, at the American Girl store at the theater.
- She appeared in "Street Scenes" at the Lyric Opera in Chicago.

Scholar:
Despite her demanding schedule, travel, and public appearances; Courtney maintains an A average in school and received the Presidential Award for Academic Excellence.

- Courtney won a position as a Jr. Luvabull dancer/cheerleader for the Chicago Bulls professional basketball team.
- Courtney also is a Jr Rush dancer/cheerleader for the Chicago Rush professional indoor football team.
- She is also a freshman at CHS where she is on the Varsity cheerleader squad at her school.
